First Session: Anamnesis and Goals – €130

During our first appointment, we will conduct a thorough anamnesis to identify your needs and goals. We will discuss the results of your test together, allowing us to better understand your expectations and identify any potential blocks that may be holding back your progress. Often, it is during this initial assessment that our clients become aware of deeper issues they had not previously identified. Putting a name to these issues is an important step in determining the focus of the work during subsequent sessions.

Follow-up Session – €80

​

The follow-up session allows us to review your progress and explore in greater depth the difficulties identified during the first appointment. We adapt the work to your needs and goals, using techniques such as relaxation and visualization. This allows you to explore new ways of responding to situations that you find challenging, at your own pace.

Smoking Cessation Support – €160

​

The “Smoking Cessation” package includes two sessions to support you throughout your journey. We explore your habits, motivations and the situations that trigger the urge to smoke, in order to develop strategies adapted to your everyday life. The support is designed to reinforce your commitment and help you manage cigarette cravings. Results vary from person to person.

• Anamnesis: Allow approximately 1 hour 30 minutes for this first session.

• Following sessions: Between 45 minutes and 1 hour, depending on your needs.
