Inhale deeply... Exhale deeply... Inhale... Exhale... Very good...

JNow I'm going to tell you a magical story that will help us both.

INDUCTION :

You know, all children have a power that adults no longer possess. They have the ability, just by closing their eyes, to visualize images from stories with their imagination.

Because, just like for children, stories have a special power. They can take us to wonderful worlds where anything is possible.

Today, we're going to experience a fantastic adventure with Tim, a brave boy like you, who met an extraordinary friend to help him with his nighttime worries.

As you listen to this story, you'll be able to imagine yourself being like Tim, full of courage and determination.

And together, we'll learn incredible things that will help you feel better at night.

This is the story of Lucas's adventure:

Once upon a time, in a small, sunny village, there lived a young boy named Lucas. Lucas was curious and full of joy, but one thing often worried him: at night, he sometimes had accidents in his bed.

Lucas didn't understand why this happened, and even though he was brave, these moments made him a little sad. One day, while playing near his house, he discovered a small path he had never seen before. Intrigued, he decided to follow it.

The path led him to a magical clearing where a large, majestic oak tree stood. At the foot of the tree, a golden door was embedded in the trunk. Lucas, full of courage, pushed open the door and discovered a wonderful world.

In this world, he met a fascinating character, the Guardian of Dreams. This Guardian was a benevolent being, with eyes that shimmered like stars and a soft voice that inspired confidence. He greeted Lucas with a big smile and said, "Welcome, Lucas. I knew you'd come."

Lucas was surprised but felt confident. "I came because I need help," he said softly. The Dream Keeper nodded and replied, "I'm here to help you. Together, we will learn to transform your nights into peaceful and secure moments."

The Keeper explained to Lucas that his body was like a garden, and that every night, he could plant the seeds of calm and mastery. He showed him how to listen to his body's signals, like a gardener caring for his plants.

Together, they imagined a magic clock in Lucas's mind. This clock could help him wake up at the right time if his body needed to tell him something during the night. They also created a team of small, invisible protectors, "serenity guardians," who watched over him while he slept.

The Dream Guardian also taught Lucas fun exercises to strengthen his bladder, such as imagining it as a strong balloon that could last all night. Lucas learned to drink enough water during the day and to empty his bladder before bed.

Every night, Lucas visualized his peaceful garden, his benevolent guardians, and his magical clock. Little by little, he noticed that his nights were becoming more secure, with fewer and fewer accidents. This gave him confidence and pride.

One day, the Dream Guardian said to Lucas, "You have made great progress. Remember that you are strong and capable. You can continue to believe in yourself, because you have everything you need to succeed."

Lucas thanked the Guardian with a big smile and left the magical clearing. He knew he could return to that magical place whenever he needed to, in his imagination.

Since that day, Lucas continued to grow with confidence, learning to master his body and his nights, while keeping in his heart the memory of the Dream Guardian and his precious advice.
