Competence and professionalism of practitioners

​

The professional competence of practitioners is based on specialized training in the fields of guidance, coaching, hypnosis and/or NLP. At the request of clients, practitioners commit to communicating transparently about the nature of their training, qualifications and professional backgrounds.

They carry out their practice with awareness, rigor and responsibility, relying on their training, experience, technical skills and interpersonal abilities, while respecting the ethical and deontological principles inherent to guidance. They claim no paranormal powers and use exclusively the skills and techniques acquired and developed through their training and professional practice.

Commitments and missions of practitioners

Practitioners commit to: Welcoming clients in favourable, respectful and comfortable conditions; Listening to clients to allow them to freely express the reasons for their approach; Considering each client with kindness, respect and objectivity, without judgment or discrimination; Ensuring a relationship based on trust, mutual respect and confidentiality.

They clearly and transparently explain the terms of the guidance, including: the objectives pursued, the duration and frequency of sessions, the practical and financial conditions, enabling the client to engage with full understanding.

Practitioners answer clients’ questions regarding: the methods and tools used, the theoretical references, the training completed, the professional supervision arrangements, and any element demonstrating the seriousness, integrity and professional framework of their practice.

Legal framework and responsibility of Cabinet Hyp’ Expertises

​

Cabinet Hyp’ Expertises is a website and a structure that allows practitioners to access tools and resources related to coaching, hypnosis and NLP. Practitioners work independently. Cabinet Hyp’ Expertises exercises no hierarchical authority over subscribers and cannot be held responsible for exchanges, decisions or commitments between the client and the practitioner.

Cabinet Hyp’ Expertises: does not intervene in practitioners’ pricing policies, does not cover costs related to their activity, does not guarantee any result related to the guidance.

Practitioners have no obligation of result. Their commitment is based on a moral contract founded on trust, respect and the application of ethical and deontological principles of guidance.

Framework of guidance

The practitioner’s approach is strictly distinct from any medical practice. It involves no diagnosis, prognosis or therapeutic prescription. The practitioner does not replace healthcare professionals consulted by the client. The practices offered are part of a complementary approach aimed at personal development, autonomy and well‑being.

Ethical principles

​

The practitioner commits to placing their skills and knowledge at the service of the client, respecting their request, values and integrity. He or she uses exclusively the techniques and tools for which he or she has been trained, with concern for effectiveness, relevance and safety. When the client’s situation exceeds the practitioner’s field of competence, the practitioner commits to referring the client to a qualified professional (doctor, therapist, specialist, etc.), in accordance with ethical and deontological principles.

Professional supervision

Practitioners commit to receiving regular supervision of their professional practices, individually or collectively, in order to ensure the quality, integrity and development of their guidance.

This supervision aims to: improve the quality of practices, encourage in‑depth professional reflection, ensure compliance with ethical and deontological standards.

Integrity and respect in the guidance relationship

​

Under no circumstances may the practitioner exploit their position for abusive financial, social or sexual purposes. Any abuse of influence is strictly prohibited. Practitioners ensure that they maintain an exclusively professional, respectful and ethical relationship with their clients.
